#10 Fox News Host Sued for Defamation by Former Biden Business Partner -  James Lynch for National Review and Henry Rodgers on X
Former Biden business partner Tony Bobulinski is suing Fox News host Jessica Tarlov over her claims a super PAC connected to former president Donald Trump paid his legal fees. Bobulinski filed the defamation lawsuit in Manhattan district court Thursday afternoon demanding $30 million in damages from Harlov, the liberal co-host of The Five, for remarks she made on the show last week about a pro-Trump super PAC paying Bobulinski’s legal fees as recently as January. Stefan Passantino, an attorney for Bobulinski and a former Trump administration official, is also a plaintiff in the lawsuit. “Ms. Tarlov lied to achieve media headlines and ratings and to serve her political agenda by deliberately besmirching the character of Messrs. Bobulinski and Passantino,” the complaint begins. Since 2020, Bobulinski has spent over $500,000 on legal fees and denies taking money from any Trump-affiliated organizations during that time period...

#9 5 Dead and Over 100 Hospitalized From Recalled Japanese Health Supplements - Yuri Kageyama for AP

Osaka-based Kobayashi Pharmaceutical Co. came under fire for not going public quickly with problems known internally as early as January. The first public announcement came on March 22. Earlier in the week, the number of deaths stood at two people. Company officials updated the number of dead to five Friday and said 114 people were being treated in hospitals after taking products — including Benikoji Choleste Help meant to lower cholesterol — that contain an ingredient called benikoji, a red species of mold. Some people developed kidney problems after taking the supplements, but the exact cause was still under investigation in cooperation with government laboratories, according to the manufacturer...

#8 Sam Bankman-Fried Sentenced to 25 Years in Prison for Orchestrating FTX Fraud - Rob Wile for NBC News and James Woods for X

Sam Bankman-Fried was sentenced Thursday to 25 years in prison for his role in defrauding users of the collapsed cryptocurrency exchange FTX. In a federal courtroom in lower Manhattan, U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan called the defense argument misleading, logically flawed, and speculative. He said Bankman-Fried had obstructed justice and tampered with witnesses in mounting his defense — something Kaplan said he weighed in his sentencing decision. Bankman-Fried, wearing a beige jailhouse jumpsuit, struck an apologetic tone, saying he had made a series of "selfish" decisions while leading FTX and "threw it all away." "It haunts me every day," he said in his statement...

#7 Obama and Clinton Rip Trump, Boost Biden at $26M NYC Campaign Fundraiser - Joey Garrison for USA TODAY and Megyn Kelly on X

Barack Obama and Bill Clinton joined President Joe Biden Thursday night in New York at the most lucrative fundraiser of the 2024 campaign, warning fellow Democrats that Donald Trump must be defeated while making forceful cases for Biden's reelection. "Joe is absolutely right that we've got not just a nominee, but frankly a party and an entire infrastructure that increasingly seems unconcerned with the essence of America," Obama said of Trump and Republicans, "the idea of self-governance and the possibilities of us all fully operating and bridging our differences and moving forward. "But we also have a positive story to tell about the future." The three presidents took turns taking questions in an "armchair conversation" moderated by Stephen Colbert, host of CBS' "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert."

#6 Anti-Israel Protesters Heckle Biden During Lavish, $500K-A-Ticket NYC Fundraiser With Obama, Clinton: ‘War Pig’ - Oli Coleman and Victor Nava for The New York Post

Several waves of protesters disrupted President Biden’s grandiose fundraiser Thursday at Radio City Music Hall, where he kicked it with former Presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton to raise cash and enthusiasm for his 2024 re-election bid. One demonstrator, a woman blowing a whistle, holding a “War pig” sign and warning of “nuclear war with Russia,” was removed from the lavish New York City event, dubbed a “grassroots fundraiser” by the 81-year-old president. The first interruption was quickly followed by booing and whistling and two other waves of protests related to Biden’s support for Israel’s war against Hamas. “Shame on you, Joe Biden,” one of the anti-Israel demonstrators shouted. Multiple people yelled, “Blood on your hands.”

#5 Emergency: CDC Free-Text Drop Reveals Hospitalization, Heart Attacks, Fear, and Death - Tracy Beanz and Michelle Edwards for The HighWire
To this day, the American Red Cross wants blood donors to know that—despite all the confirmed devastating side effects and deaths—receiving an mRNA COVID-19 jab does not make you ineligible to donate blood. Okey-Dokey fact-checker verified their website declares, “True: you can donate blood after getting a COVID-19 vaccine.” Besides that, the Red Cross insists, “Blood donations from those who have been vaccinated for COVID-19 are safe for transfusion,” noting on its website that “like all blood collectors in the U.S., [the Red Cross] is required to follow the eligibility guidelines set by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).” That sounds comforting, except trusting the FDA related to anything to do with the gene-damaging COVID shots has revealed a misinformation propaganda campaign with the agency’s hocus-pocus on full display. Thankfully, researchers in Japan are very concerned about the risks associated with blood transfusions from individuals who have received mRNA COVID-19 jabs. In a March 14, 2024, preprint, the authors warn...

#4 Kathy Griffin Says Trump Supporters Are ‘Crazed Over Me’ Years After Severed Head Photo - Asher Notheis for Washington Examiner, Freedom News TV, ALX on X and The View

Comedian Kathy Griffin claimed Tuesday that supporters of former President Donald Trump are “crazed” over her, referencing the pushback and criticism she has received from Trump supporters over the last several years. Trump supporters have regularly criticized Griffin after she posted a photo of herself holding a fake severed head resembling the former president. Most recently, a protest by Trump supporters was held outside of a comedy show she was doing in New York, which is part of her “My Life on the PTSD List” tour...

#3 Could House Control Flip to the Democrats? Early Resignations Leave GOP Majority on Edge - Caitlin Yilek for CBS News and Alan Rupar on X

In mid-March, as the Republican majority in the House dwindled yet again, House Speaker Mike Johnson predicted that the series of resignations from frustrated GOP lawmakers had come to an end. "I think, I hope, and believe that's the end of the exits for now," the Louisiana Republican said after being caught off guard by Colorado Rep. Ken Buck's announcement that he would leave Congress on March 22. Then, a week after Johnson's comments, Rep. Mike Gallagher of Wisconsin, a rising GOP star, announced he was also stepping down early. After Gallagher's departure on April 19, House Republicans will control 217 seats, compared to Democrats' 213. That will mean the GOP can afford to lose just a single vote, since 216 will constitute a majority if all members are present and voting...

#2 What Does Big Pharma Know about the Youth Cancer Epidemic That We Don’t? Daniel Horowitz for The Blaze

It’s evident that the COVID shots have caused sudden death, blood disorders, heart damage, autoimmune disorders, and neurological damage. Why not cancer, too? Excess cancers, cardiac deaths, and stillbirths, oh my! It’s only the future of humanity on the line as excess mortality among young adults has become part of the “new normal” since 2021. Will state and federal officials ever take an interest in trying to understand why so many young people are either dying suddenly or developing aggressive cancers? The world is currently focused on the news of Kate Middleton’s cancer diagnosis, coming so soon after the diagnosis of her father-in-law, King Charles. Although it is impossible to know how the Princess of Wales got cancer, now is the time to ask why there has been such a sharp spike in cancer among younger adults — particularly in the U.K. and the United States — coinciding with the advent of the COVID-19 shots...

#1 Family of Fallen NYPD Officer Gets Massive Million-Dollar Gift - Allison Anton for Western Journal and David Portnoy on X

No amount of money could ever bring someone back from the dead. But in the wake of a senseless tragedy that left a wife without her husband and an infant without his father, generosity toward them would only be commendable. Jonathan Diller was one such victim of the senseless tragedies that have increasingly overtaken our cities.  He was an NYPD cop who was murdered Monday when a routine traffic stop turned into a shootout. The shooter was allegedly 34-year-old Guy Rivera, a man with over 20 prior arrests, including drug charges and other violent offenses. The man accused of driving the car during this shootout, 41-year-old Lindy Jones, had a similar criminal record...
