#10 32 million Small Businesses Are About to Get Blindsided - Carol Roth for Blaze Media
The Corporate Transparency Act, which takes effect in January 2024, is a new reporting rule under the law, which means that businesses will need to file information with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), including personal information about the people who are associated with the business, or risk penalties for noncompliance. This is being done in the name of "fighting money laundering."

You can’t blame Joe Biden for this one. “The act falls under the scope of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2020 and was enacted as part of an expansive national defense authorization package on Jan. 1, 2021,” the Mississippi Business Journal reported. “The package passed through Congress with broad bipartisan support before being vetoed by then-President Donald J. Trump. Both houses of Congress voted to override the veto.”

#9 The "American Dream" Costs Far More Than Most People Will Earn Over Their Lifetime - Aimee Picchi for CBS News
"The "American Dream" costs about $3.4 million to achieve over the course of a lifetime, from getting married to saving for retirement, according to a recent analysis from financial site Investopedia."

#8 Exclusive—Green Beret Veteran John Frankman: The Army’s Letter to Soldiers Discharged for Refusing the COVID Vaccine Won’t Make Things Right, But Here’s What Will - John Frankman for Breitbart (A Captain in the Army who served as a Special Forces Green Beret and resigned after eight years active duty due to the COVID-19 vaccine mandate).
"Last month, the Army sent a letter to thousands of soldiers who were discharged for refusing to comply with the COVID-19 shot mandate. It also states that “individuals who desire to apply to return to service should contact their local… recruiter. Because of a massive recruiting crisis that is keeping the Army from substantially reaching its recruiting goals, Army leadership sent this letter to bring soldiers discharged for the vaccine mandate back into service as a small attempt to stop the bleeding."

Religious exemptions were either blanketly ignored or denied...the Army ignored its own medical policy and did not accept medical exemptions. The military also blatantly broke the law. In order to mandate that a service member take a drug, that drug must be U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved."

#7 GAVI and Bill Gates New $1 Billion Plan to Mass Vaccinate Africa - Tracy Beanz and Michelle Edwards for The HighWire
"Is this mega-vaccine peddling cartel something the people of Africa want? One must wonder. After all, as governments, including the United States, continue to partner with billionaire NGOs promoting their own nefarious agendas, it is increasingly apparent that the health and wellbeing of humanity, often touted as the premise behind these corrupt alliances, is not about health and wellbeing at all. Instead, the agenda is about power and control."

#6 ‘F*cked And Racist’: Student Reportedly Failed Quiz After Answering Men Can’t Get Pregnant - Julianna Frieman for The Daily Caller

A tenth-grade Ethnic Studies World History teacher at Chief Sealth International High School failed the student, who turned in an “Understanding Gender vs. Sex” assignment that did not align with left-wing LGBT ideology, according to 770 KTTH. #5 IBM Slapped With Federal Civil Rights Complaint After Racist CEO's "Obviously Illegal" Hiring Practices Leak - Tyler Durden for Zero Hedge
IBM has been hit with a federal civil rights complaint after James O'Keefe posted a video leaked by an insider of CEO and Chairman Arvind Krishna outlining racist business practices.  IBM subsidiary chairman Paul Cormier of Red Hat says in the recording that they've terminated people unwilling to engage in racial discrimination. All of this comes on the heels of IBM canceling advertising on @elonmusk X platform just weeks ago: "IBM has zero tolerance for hate speech and discrimination, and we have immediately suspended all advertising on X"

#4 Former Biden, Bernie Supporter Kicks Democratic Party to the Curb, Joins the GOP - Randy DeSoto for Western Journal
Will Pierce — who fundraised for Joe Biden’s 2020 presidential race and worked for Sen. Bernie Sanders’ 2016 and 2020 campaigns — announced he’s joining the Republican Party. “I love our country. That is why I can no longer remain in today’s Democratic Party, a party that is focused on dividing us by radicalizing every issue and undermining our rights enshrined in the Constitution.”

He went on to list several issues with which his views have diverged from the Democratic Party, including its support of inappropriate sexual content for young children in schools and other progressive ideologies.

#3 Amid Doubt on Ukraine-Border Deal, Johnson Holds Firm on GOP Asks - Katherine Tully McManus for Politico

Speaker Mike Johnson doesn’t plan to hold the House in session close to Christmas, despite dissatisfaction with how plans to tie together border security support and aid to Ukraine are shaping up.

“I think the American people agree with us that national security begins at our own borders,” Johnson told radio host Hugh Hewitt on Tuesday. “We have to maintain our own sovereignty so that we can project peace through strength and help our friends. And so I don’t think that’s an outrageous request.”

“You know, we’re willing to work,” Johnson said. “The House members will work. We’ve shown that over and over and over, but we’re not getting any cooperation from the White House and the Senate Democrats at all."

#2 Harvard Covered Up Secret Plagiarism Probe into President Claudine Gay During Antisemitism Storm — Threatened The Post - Isabel Vincent for The New York Post
Harvard University covered up a high-level investigation into whether its controversial president was a plagiarist — and used an expensive law firm to threaten The Post over our own probe

The college announced Tuesday morning that it had investigated Claudine Gay over whether some of her academic work was plagiarized and had cleared her of breaching the college’s “standards for research misconduct.”
Instead, it said that she would request four corrections in two publications to insert citations and quotation marks that were originally “omitted.”
But The Post can disclose that Harvard spent weeks failing to come clean about Gay being under investigation — staying quiet even when she was hauled in front of Congress for disastrous testimony on how the Ivy League college is dealing with antisemitism on campus.
