Today, we are excited to be joined by Rich Higgins, former Strat Plans at NSC and a 20 year professional, who also served our country in the US Army. Rich worked within the Trump Administration and penned a memo in 2017 which foretold of precisely what the country is experiencing now. He was pushed out by McMaster but is being considered for a return to the Pentagon.
